Sorry, deadline for comments has been passed long time ago, and now, the helpers, kappa and Maggie, are working very hard to finalize the group photos. Now, we really could not accept any more late request for change other than things like wrong spelling of names. Hope you could understand as we could not keep changing the photos per each mum's requests from time to time, this will just make the process neverending.

As the helpers are using their own precious time to add/edit the images and names for us, and all of them are very busy. We are at final stage of revising the photos per some mum's earlier comments. Once this revision is ready, I will send to you mums for final review - we could not accept any late request for nice-to-have changing colors and changing photos anymore. Once the final review is done, I will post the order to post-office. Sorry to keep you waiting and waiting.
Sorry, mums, I received the revised photos from the helper on Oct 5, but I have been sick for nearly a month and was very busy at work for the past few weeks, that's why there is no update....

Status Update:

1. I have submitted the order today.
2. The post office said they have recently changed the order submission procedure, for which ALL MUMS need to fill in the order form separately. I negotiated with them saying that the authorization letters that we prepared was an instruction from their colleague earlier, and the post office could not "secretly" change the order submission procedure without announcing it via proper channel, e.g. their website never mentions we need to fill in the order form separately. So, I refused to follow their "new" procedure of submitting 64 order forms for the 4 groups. Instead, I told them that they should accept our order with the 4 order forms plus 64 authorization letters as this was what their colleague asked us to do.
3. After several rounds of negotiation, the post officer said we could still submit the order as of now, when they receive our order, they will hold meeting with the approval body to discuss whether they will accept our order or they will still need us to submit the 64 separate order forms.
4. I will keep you posted here about the news I hear back from the post office.
Below please find the sample received from post office, please review whether the photo is correct. If you find problem with this sample, please email/call me before Nov 6 10pm. If I do not hear any objection to this sample, will ask post office to start printing on next Monday.
