i think it's the fxxking hot, dirty & humid weather!
i got sensitive nose too. usually the one got skin allergy will have nose & eyes allergy too. i am that LUCKY to have that 3!!
but my nose is being cured better while i am eating well & do more exercise. but my skin mah.... still need time....

pluie / rabbit.......... 你地唔好話我啦!! 其实我呢間公司收9:00 , 平時返11:00的話我8:30 wake up, 差唔多12 hrs at outside....no time to do yoga ,唯有返早 and after work 先去上9:00 or 9:30 class lor.....

and one more ... our working place so close arh

我D 皮膚以前都好敏感架,跟住不停搵D防敏感嘅護膚品,而家先至冇經常敏感

not yet decided to extend or not but anyway, i don't have time to do yoga in Sept. so, let us meet at the end of this month or in Oct.
