try not to look at the paper, just close your eyes and listen to others, you can highly concentrate and follow, get into meditation very easy, blissful in your heart then

try nada meditation as well, just three words with music " om nama shiva" repeat and repeat, easy to get into meditation mode too

我都係成日發夢架, 都冇咩邊晚唔會發夢.

我呢排比我個仔傳染, 開始咳同埋流鼻水. 尋晚訓覺鼻塞, 跟著做左三分鐘shoulder stand, 個鼻即刻通晒呀!!

係呀, 全堂唱4-5隻mantras, 頭一兩隻會係平時落堂前唱果d, 後3隻好簡單, 得4-8句歌詞, repeat & repeat, eshwar已經係最好的音樂了.....

我識呢隻(算係第一二隻難果d), 成日都唱架, 意思係願神保護老師和學生們互相愛護尊重
