我囡囡今年4歲, 自從上月傷風&咳嗽睇醫生後. 咳好左但鼻水仍然未停過. 直到上星期二開始晚上發燒(39度)再去睇醫生. (劉x幹醫生), 已經覆診2次仲未能退燒. 後再轉睇法國醫院楊霸x醫生才能退燒, 但鼻涕仍然很多及咳嗽加劇. 而見亞囡好倦及唔肯食野. 好擔心??
今日朋友介紹我去紅磡岑x裘醫生求診, 佢診斷為: Allergic Bronchitis, Allergic rhinitis, Upper respiratory tract infection. 並開了以下藥給亞囡:

1)KLACID SUSP 125MG/5CC (每日2次, 每次5ml);
2)SINGULAIR 4MG (每日1次, 睡前每次1粒);
3)FLUIMUCIL A100 04/09 (每日3次, 每次1包);
4)BROOM-RAMINE 2.5CC + PARACETAMOL SUSP 125MG 5CC (每日4次, 每次5ml);
5)BRICANYL SYRUP 12/08 (每日3次, 每次5ml);
6)UNI-PHOLCO LIQUID 2.5CC+CYPROHEPTADINE 1MG (每日4次, 每次5ml).

- 想問下囡囡是否鼻敏感及氣管炎?
- 岑醫生話要先醫好氣管炎, 鼻敏感係其次. 叫我6日後再覆診. 真的嗎?
- 這些藥是否很”散”呀?
- 岑醫生會否拖証?
- 亞囡一食完藥就嘔, 洗唔洗再食過呢?
- 我家住奧海城,有冇旺角或佐敦區醫生可介紹給我?

多謝你回覆!!
其實我不是不信任醫生. 只因去年亞囡曾經有類似証狀, 就是只看過一位醫生,但拖了一個星期後去睇急証才知道是肺炎. 作為家長當然心急!! 今天看見亞囡已好轉很多了. 再次多謝你寶見.

my girl is 5 years old... 鼻敏感&氣管敏感....she cough好多好多痰聲,醫生開了以下的藥:-

Mucoslvan liq (ambroxol hcl)
Dimetapp elx
M: Durotuss R 5ml + Bricanyl 2.5ml
Steriod/Ventolin (purple/blue colour)

1. what's comment?

2. can i also take Zrtec?

3. what is the different between Zaditen and Zrtec?

Ans.: Reasonable.

2. can i also take Zyrtec?
Ans.: No need la~ Your have DMT already

3. what is the different between Zaditen and Zyrtec?
Ans.: Zaditen is more intermediate term treatment, aiming at decreasing overwelming allergic response of bronchus, nose, eyes and skin.

I don't buy medicine from pharmacy. Because my daughter look little bit better. I just give her one orange tree colour powder medicine to her 2 time a day drink. I buy this in Waston--come from Swiss. I see my daughter 痰 little improve. Do this medicine good for child ? I forget write down the name. The box is gray colour , inside each pack is write colour and have organge tree in the pack. Insight is organge powder.

And would you advise , why my daughter still morning time have few sound cough.and sometime she say her nose little bit itcy. But very stranger , afternoon time is no cough until night time no cough. Sometime when mignight when she sleep only one or two sound cough. ( Not a evernight like this). How can I make her totally no few sound cough? Sometime I feel so tired, because see Dr Ma before better but still cannot totally stop cough?

Is it she have 鼻敏感, that why she have running nose in night time, than when she wake up , she have cough? How can I know she have 鼻敏感 or not? And if 4 yrs how can treat this 鼻敏感? Is it have medicine for 4 yrs old for 鼻敏感?

嘗試容納他那少少咳, 暫跟它("a few sounds of cough")一起生活...可以嗎?

hi Dr. Yonex,

My 4 years old daughter is now cough with a lot of phlegm and have a little bit runny nose. She couldnt sleep well during night time and it last about almost 3 weeks

She had this problem when she was 2 years old, tried puff with 藍樽and 褐色樽 at 2 years old and tried singulair and face mask聞氣(機打出來有霧氣) at 3 years old. It was because we were in Canada at that time and she doesnt take too many medicine but just those I mention above.

Now, she is 4 in HK and the problme happen again. Dr. Cheung Chi Keung in Tai po gave her same set of medicine for first 3 visit but doesnt work very well. Still cough a lot.

Cosyr 2.5ml // chlorpnoniramine 3.5 ml // Bncanyr 3ml // phenergan 6 ml before bed ( 3 times a day)
start Singulair 4mg on 16Feb.

Today, went to see him again.

Ventolin 2.5ml // Ambroxol 2.5ml for 化痰// Rocodex 2.5ml // piriton 2mg //
phenergan 6ml before bed (3 times a day) + singulair

--Do you think these kind of medicine will help my daughter?
--do you think 鼻敏感 and 氣管敏感 can treat by same set of medicine?
--Her father has hay fever, do you think my daughter will have it and it is the reason to make her cough?
--Do you know Dr. Cheung Chi Keung? Is he a good doctor?

自細囡(14 mths)keep 住食 Zaditen 1 mths ,佢鼻敏感初期都有好過, but 再keep 住食都唔係咁work, 依然晚晚訓覺都鼻水倒流,早上流鼻涕,啖咳都好嚴重,
再去see doctor, 發覺佢除左鼻敏感and 氣管敏感,肺重有好多啖,doctor 就叫我同佢停Zadten,比左
(1) DIPHENHYDRAMINE SYRUP (.5) ~4 time per day
(2) LORATADINE SYRUP 5MG/5ML(.5)~1 time per day
(3) 去啖 and 傷風藥
doctor 話(1) &(2)兩隻都係for 抗敏感, 仲話item(2)可以長期食,佢比較溫和~
咁想請問你我可否長期keep 住比細b食,or 仲有咩野藥可以 for敏感嗎?如果我比少d 份量"善古靈"佢食,可以嗎?
