Wilnita 講得啱! 副署人form 係要一個同妳個仔無任何親屬關係的朋友填！我上次寄form 時連埋我同老公的ID copy 及結婚証書 (not sure 要唔要結婚証書, 有殺錯, 無放過).

以妳的 case , 佢地回彈回妳張 form, 叫妳再寄回所需資料的.

要結婚證明書副本呀，因為我上次都比佢reject左呀。緊係要妳身份證映印本啦。妳都係等佢彈番轉頭啦。

佢地無彈番我張form 轉頭! 我意思係話, 我唔sure 要唔要結婚證明書副本, so 我寄埋比佢地.

哎唷! 激水!妳仲唔明, 妳知唔知咩野係副署人啊!

個張副署人form 係要妳揾一個同妳及妳個仔無任何親屬關係的人填寫, 即係妳d朋友. 妳朋友要係張form 填寫佢所有的資料(i.e. name, address, tel. no. etc..), 同時係個張form到, 妳要貼上一張明仔的相片, 妳個位朋友要係張form簽名及cross over 係明仔張相到. 同時, 妳朋友要比埋佢張ID copy 妳一同寄. So, 妳唔係可以隋便找個朋友做, 一定係同妳非常熟先肯做, 因唔係個個肯比ID copy 妳.

我已打電話去入境署，留待有檔案No. 時再補返張副署人form同結婚証書影印本。這樣就不用等佢地彈回頭了。

不要動怒，我就以為副署人無親屬關係所以不用填，咁我填埋就係多餘添! 原來係一定要填，重要個朋友的身份証影印本，不過我一早就拿了兩張form, 所以我有form 在手，咁我已打電話去話後補張form同結婚証書副本，佢地話要等檔案no.出左先好寄去，佢地會致電給我的，到時寄去就不用彈form 先寄咁花時間了。

Yes ! Any people has ID card is fine. I think it is the most convenient way. When I apply the SAR passport for Abbie, there is only 4 weeks before the trip to Phuket. I need to pick the most convenient way.

By the way, you all do not need to worry about the lengthy processing time. You could redeem your passport in 2 days if you have the air-ticket receipt or even the air-ticket on hand.
