Hi,

Anyone going to the 廖國偉 piano concert (Arts Festival) this Sunday ? He is another pride of HK young local pianist. 明報周刊(副刊) has an article about him in the 2nd or 3rd last issue. I am going with my kids.

And how about the 'free' piano/violin recital of 蘇孝樑,梁健楓 tomorrow nigh at 8pm at the APA ?

廖國偉我也好想睇，因囝囝的鋼琴老師曾提起他，藝術節剛開始賣飛時唔記得買，隔了幾天再去已滿座，好早已賣晒飛！

多謝你介紹明晚的音樂會，可惜有事，下次一定捧場。是不是6:30pm去APA就會攞到入場券？26/2梁健楓、李嘉齡、李傳韻等亦有音樂會，你會不會去聽？

至於看卡通幫助提高聯想力，你有沒有介紹？我有一次上堂，阿Sir說Tom and Jerry的配樂做得好好，其他就唔係幾識了。

APA 的免費飛在節目開始前半小時開始派發,每人一張,但可排隊攞完再攞. 遇有受歡迎的節目, 很多飛會預先給APA的先生和學生攞哂, 只有好少飛剰, 就要預早在派飛前15分鐘排定隊. 如果無飛可以即刻去音樂廳門口再排隊, 開始前5分鐘尚有未入座的空位就會放人去坐滿．　一定有人預早攞了飛不到或遲到，所以排前面幾個一定入到. 而有飛就不要遲到. 音樂會在表演者過場時通常都有人走.有空位會再讓外面等的人進入. 孩子悶可以不聽哂全場（這是免費學習音樂會的好處之一）.

APA的鋼琴系很強，學鋼琴的學生很值得去感染一下那兒的氣紛和提升水平．26/2 有李嘉齡表演嗎? 幾多點 ?我的孩子星期六下午都在APA練習, 應該會去聽．我們可以相約在音樂會前彈彈琴見見面！！

我本來想聽Itzhak Perlman在14/3/06的音樂會，由上年6月有消息等到現在到無影，多數搞不成了。上年有個喝采系列，請巨星如美島莉、馬友友來表演。剛剛上網再查，Perlman已經不見了，換上4/4/06由Evgeny Kissin（祈辛）鋼琴獨奏，請問這鋼琴家是否很有名？

Well, my sons' teacher is less prestigious than your girl's! Yet, I think he's well qualified to teach my sons who are not so talented and hard-working indeed!

It has been my habbit to sit in my sons' piano lessons (for notes taking) since they started learning it. And I started video-capturing the lessons a year ago as sometimes I could not afford to sit in as a working mom!

Sometimes it took me some 1.5 hr to watch the video, if I had such spare time after my work!

We went to a concert in 2003 where 廖國偉 played Mozart's piano concerto with HKPO at PolyU's concert hall. His performance was very impressive!

Some moms here, includes me, are going to a concert tonight and can't go the concert in APA tonight. Thanks for you information!

去年4月，香港管弦樂團與香港演藝學院首次合作，成功演出了《約翰．亞當斯的音樂世界》音樂會。本月底，港樂藝術總監兼總指揮艾度．迪華特，將再度帶領由港樂樂師與演藝音樂學生組成的大型交響樂團，演出三首風格迴異的作品。音樂會將會由亨德密特作品《蛻變》揭開序幕，該作品內含《杜蘭朵》序曲中的中國音樂樂章。接著，年僅20歲的演藝學生熊胤，將在艾爾加大提琴協奏曲擔任獨奏。音樂會將以貝多芬第五交響曲作結，此外，由揚威國際蕭邦鋼琴大賽的演藝校友李嘉齡，聯同世界知名小提琴家李傳韻、港樂第一副團長梁建楓、大提琴首席鮑力卓、和低音大提琴首席宗小謙組成的五重奏，將首度合作演出舒伯特的音樂，不容錯過。

I was there too in 2003 !!

BTW, we are also going to the piano concerts of Stefan Vladar (19/2) and Elisabeth Leonskaia (2/3) of the Arts Festival. The piano teacher said that they are very good. They also have free master classes in the APA on the day following their concerts. Including 26/2, we end up having concerts every weekend. I have never been so hard working !!

If we meet the piano teacher in all these concerts, she will be pleased but also surprised why we have suddenly become so keen ! :wink:
