If you and your husband were not settled in the UK at the time of birth of your child, it is unlikely that your child will be issued a travel document by the UK Government. You may wish to approach the Hong Kong Immigration Department or Chinese embassy in the UK for passport facilities or enquiries. Please find their contact details below:
and I’d sent email to HK immigration dept. and Chinese Embassy to ask, but no reply.
Since Portman was not born in HK, she needs HK immigration’s verify before entitle to have HK’s passport. Too complicated!

My BB needs to cuddle for 24 hours ar, even at night. I will only put her in the cot when she is crying seniourly in my arm.

I don’t think this is a good time to gather in London recently, coz it had terror attack in London this morning. So horrible!

Six blasts in just one morning!!! so terrible!

i feel really unsafe and insecure. i can't believe these things still happening in2005 while everybody says peace. so worry about my husband as he needs to go to london everyday to work. :-( i think we beteer see how things goes on before talking about gethering.

there is 4 Royal china in England (5th one opening soon). 1 in singapore. they are the same company, just different branch.Canary one is the worse one (all of my friends and relatives say so) anyway, i haven't been there yet as i live quite far away from there.

Ho ma ma,

i want to hire a car for pratice, my husband used to rent cars on-line. it is easy car.com the price is dapends on what time you drive it back. the later you take the car the cheaper price you pay. my husband finished work at 5;30 in the evening. so as he take the car in the evening instead of morning, the price is cheaper, and he return the car before work. so again, he return the car in early morning the price will be lower.

so, have you try apply a BNOfor your daughter through post office? if it still doesn't work, you better ask a solicitor's advice. sorry that i can't help.

I thought people born after 1/7 1997 cannot get a BNO? It is very difficult wor, can you get portman included in your passport?
