榴槤+可樂之友請注意，今朝晨早收到：

又一遊客死於泰國異鄉... 一位中國遊客在泰國旅遊的時候，吃了很多榴蓮之後又喝了可樂，致咖啡因中毒血壓飊升，结果引發心臟病猝死，年齡28歲。
泰國有明文確規定，食用大量榴蓮後，8小時之内是不能飲可樂的！
愛吃榴蓮的朋友很多，看到了就轉發以提醒一下！
就算你已知道的都轉發一下，讓所有人都知道吧！
除了可樂外，啤酒都會中毒，溝唔埋，所以大家小心，
小心飲食！

Yesterday, my helper told me her bread failed and the loaf was so so short … cannot eat … strange taste … so, she made the 2nd loaf again …

She used to make most of the time and she also wonders y she failed … however, the 2nd loaf also failed … the same problem …

We think & think and ask her how to make the bread and when she made the bread etc …

Found that it’s due to the hot condition in the kitchen …

during the 1st loaf, she closed the kitchen door and went to supermarket …

for the 2nd loaf, the machine is next to the boiling rice cooker …

Finally, we made the 3rd loaf in the living room with air con on … very good size … so, it’s really a problem for the yeast under such hot weather … be careful … mouth:

我部機放餐枱, 如做包時太熱, 我會開冷氣或開冷風機比P仔降溫架!

yes, i also think we hv to do so in summer time ...
scared my helper and me ... suppose the machine won't be out of order so quick ga ma ...

already ... the liquid is egg / water / milk ... all from fridge ...
but still can't stand for it ...

however, i think we also made some mistakes in the first place ... rice cooking boiling next to the bread machine while the helper is cooking in the kitchen too ... so so hot inside already ...
