My bb also likes to play with bun bun and my hubby more but I try to observe how they play with her and remember what she likes. She will then feel familiar with the type of games and enjoy playing with me.
Like what nn said, try to play with her while she's lying on bed first and let her get used to it first.
I've on leave for the whole last week... busy in helping my parents to move in their new flat (next tower to my home)... and work hard on household works (coz I have a part time maid only)
A working mum is not an easy job!!!
I haven't brought my Joshua to take any Christmas photos so far... coz the weather outside was so cold!!! and we have no time at alll loh!!!
BUT luckily that he hasn't running nose or so... but very interestingly, every morning I help him to wear the thick coat... I always say to him 'Hello, little Eskimo'   and he must laugh with sound...
These days I was a full time mom and seemed BB liked me much... always look at me... hehe!!!
But now I have back to work loh!!!
but as long as I see bb is healthy coz of drinking mama milk, I'll feel happy again!!! and even though I need to wake up at 5:30 to 6:00 am in the morning... okay la.

Having two children of the same gender is perfectly okay... I am a real example, my mother have me and my sister in her life... and we two are good paddies.
