I feel better after reading your sharing. Actually, all the rules were there in the outset. She just changed it 'silently' and bet that we would not state it out.
I had gone through all the rules to her again to avoid her excusing herself forever. Will pick a maid tomorrow. For the time being, to bear with her for 2 more months and to comfort myself that I will have a new maid (a hope for one at least) soon. I think having a humble maid is quite important as we are have to cope with so many things away from home. And most importantly, I need someone who have more patience and energy to play with / teach bee when I am in office. My queen is too old to do this job conscienciously. Keep my fingers crossed!!!

Your maid is more smart and independent and it seems that she could manage the basics well enough. No need to remind her again on basics. My case is not quite tolerable as she is even not doing the basics well.
