Big thanks to Homers, we all enjoyed the gathering so much.
Can't wait to see all the beautiful babies wearing bikine! But I think Jayden will prefer to wear an one piece instead.

Jackie, hope you got better already. You must join us next time. The babies have so much fun playing on the beach.

very very unhappy tonite.......

I am very very unhappy tonite (100% unhappy), I want to share with you all........

My bb girl just now wanted the maid instead of mama:-( :-( My heart really feel "

AINFUL". I carried her to sleep, she cried and wanted to go to the maid:-( :-( :-( :-(

I understand, my girl will know who is mama when she grows up, but .......it is very difficult for mama to accept it.......

I am hiding at the reading room, don't want to show my crying face to my maid........

I try to leave office as early as I can, but I am a working mama, really can't spend much time to my girl......

I think other mamas may have similar situation as me:-(
please :-( , how to make yourself feeling better?:-(

Don't feel bad! Think this way: you try all you can to prepare the best path for your girl to grow up! She will definately know! May be not now, but I am sure she will understand who is mummy and who is helper! Give her some time!

When my elder daughter was young, she sticks with my maid (also my husband) as I worked very late everyday! But after she goes to school, she learns and she likes to play with me instead!

Fishmum is right, I have the same feeling, as my maid with my girl whole day long and I knew that she like her and also she is more closed to my C6, as I see her only at the morning and night before she sleep. very short. But the situation is not so serior yet, I do believe She will know who is her mummy and who is the maid, So I belive Fishmum, Don't upsad and uphappy, may be you can call us when you have that bad feeling. we are here, we support each other right.

may be Fishmum, kindly share with us why you as a working mum now change to full time mum. what is difference, why you change?

totally agree with homers and fishmum......
chow....sorry as i didn't see you message earlier...we are always here to support.........

Being a working mum is not easy......but we will always do our best.......be strong.....but also sometimes will have a time really get lost......

always talk to us.........cos we will have the same feeling always always always......so you are not by yourself only.....WE ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something your HB will not understand ......but we will.....
I can talk to you....or maybe shopping.......or even EATING......cheer up....

I will feel really hurt and sad sometimes...when night time.........BB have nightmares......keep crying and saying "mama".....then my maid hold her in her arms.....I wanna to take care her to bed also...cos I'm the "mama"...but i have to work the day after.....:tongue: :tongue: :tongue:

But think it that way.......BB like the maid cos the maid is good to her.....We will not want a bad maid that BB not like.....and we will worry a lot during work....that will make us more crazy.......

In conclusion, both of us have good maids......

4got who ask me where to buy the BB cheese during the last gathering.....
There is a "baby cheese" in citysuper....named "QBB" from japan
HKD18 for 4 little piece........I saw this in TST this afternoon.....

As Homers asked, why I became full-time mum

I used to work very hard (actully very late....) and sometimes need to go business trips, sometimes even Sunday need to back to work. I missed a lot of joy during my daughter's childhood. I remembered one time Nicole hurt her chin and went to hospital to have some stitches, but I was in Singapore....

Plus Victor now, so decided to quit. It is good, take a break ar ma! But I am also worry about I cannot catch up if I want to back to the market later, so now I am doing kind of part time loh (keep my hands in the field).

Difference.....now no need to wear suits, high heel and black stockings! Of course the best thing is can share the happiness of the children's growth

Yat yat, Chow, and Homer, you are not alone. Same as fishmum's maid, Jayden laughs very happily when he sees my maid come home everytime, much happier than seeing me return from work.

I also feel bad about it everytime I see that but on the other hand, this is also a relief, because it means the maid is good to him. Otherwise, I think I'll be worried to death at work

Same as all of you said, being a working mom is not easy. But it's good that we have each other to share our experiece and support. :loveliness:

Totally agreed and understand the situation as I also have the same hardfeeling when my bb wants my maid to carry her:-| :-| I also cried many times inside the toilet:-( :-(

That's why I keep on bathing my baby and reading bedtime story or sing songs to her everynite (whenever possible). And I make a photo album of myself and let her read everyday when am at work. I do also try to talk to my baby over the phone everyday (though I know it's not very good) and bring her to playgroup every sat n park every sun. I hope all I do can help to build up a closer mother n child bonding

It's not an easy life when you are working mom, especially there is very limited time to play with bb. But I believe our babies will surely understand n know the differences between mummy and maid, so no worries:-P :-P

It's good we have a platform to share our feelings and experience:-P :-P and the most important is we could cheer up each other:-P :-P

thank you so much for your sharing.
It is very lucky for me to know you all, you all give me support and I am really not alone >o^
yatyat, you are right. Sometime even my C6 doesn't understand my feeling. Also my friends (who are not mami grade).
Here is really a good platform to share the feeling and experience.

Today, my maid is leave today. My girl sticks with me whole day, heehee! Enjoy the weekend with your bb.

Honestly, the maid is a great helper for us. I also feel lucky, my maid is good to my girl.
