Actually it's my first time to buy books/VCD on dangdang after read the sharing here.
But two of them are unacceptable. One of the book was folded when printing and the words can't be read clearly on some pages. One of the VCD case is broken. And both of them are totally different from the introduction on the website/pack.
But the book together with 12VCD, if I return the goods, the delivery cost will be more than the price.
So, what can I do? Dangdang did not reply me till now........
Do you know where I canbuy China version books that are in English content? I am looking for English books that talk about Chinese cultures and/or China cities.
There are lots of new books / picture cards / story books / 樂譜 / ..... suitable for baby or even elder kids (mainly are in S.Chinese). Try to go IXXX for treasure hunt if you've time.
By the way, I found 2 boxes of "機靈狗" Stage ABC and Level 1 at CXXXXXXWXXX.

Today is the first working day after a week's National Holiday. Probably they've accumulate lots of the email enquiries.
To my understanding, if you return the book back, the higher postage fee that you could claim ws RMB4.8 ONLY. You may probably check what's the postage fee (cheapest way) for sending back your damaged items to Beijing. Try to calculate if it's worthwhile to do that or NOT.
(If the postage fee is much expensive than your damaged items => Maybe it will be cheaper to order another one + $20 +$1 !!!)
By the way, do you know Chinese Input and how to use MSN? As dxxxdxxx has online enquiry service, you may send out your enquiry using MSN now ([email protected]). They will reply you immediately.

The Magic Box Engl Series also has some workbooks if you buy the full set of each set (e.g. Yellow Set Red Set), but then if you buy the Purple Set (the 4-in-1 set) this does not contain the workbooks. Workbooks are also sold separately in IDxx, $18@. There were Workbooks C and D in IDxx yesterday afternoon.
