在港請完約工人,一年內要出境, 請問 -

1. 係唔係一定要返印尼7日?
2. 係咪當大假扣?即係兩年約靜返7日假?
3. 我要比機票錢?

Hi Jokey,

I am new to this message board. I am also looking for a maid to take care of my baby boy who is now 6 months old.

My existing maid is an Indonesian but very often she is not willing to work on Sunday. Though she has worked in Singapore and Taiwan before, I have doubts on her hygienic standards. She could speak and write English, however she never read the instructions for usage of detergent and laundry items. After working for 4 months for us, I still need to watch her out in cleaning baby's bottles and clothes as they are not properly cleaned.

Is there any recommendation for a maid or should I hire a Filipino or Indonesian maid ... Actually I prefer to find one who just expires contract or the employer cannot continue to hire her due to financial/severance payment.

I have a Indonesian maid for 2 yrs and contract will be finished end of Sep. As I want to take care my 2yr-old baby myself, no need to hire maid. She is good at take care new born baby, my girl loves her very much. She does not want to go out and only takes leave once a month. Very obedience and loyalty. she does not want to go back to Indo. She is 23 yr old, single. can speak Fair cantonese and know simple english.

預產期係４月１３日啊 10/03 -小Ｂ而家約重２．４ｋｇ 01/04 - 小ｂ而家重約３ｋｇ 好緊張，　就快小Ｂ出世啦 :-P 小b終於係08/04出左世啦, 重2.71kg 好開心 :-P 11/05小b重4.01kg啊 08/06去打針, 小b重 5.45kg 今個月去打針又重左啦, 成15磅 10月20日去健康院打針是磅有 8.4 kg

新手僱主續約+機票+假期問題:

工人21/08完約,已到領事館及入境處搞手續.

1.但我想佢01/08放假,14日再加2日星期日=16日嗎?

2.機票要到Davao City而不只是馬尼拉?

3.來回機票？單程機票？我比哂？

4.新約由22/08開始計?

5.放假時要比兩日($100@)既膳宿$嗎?

我的工人是在本年1月受聘的,但因本人的bb將出世,但工人直至現時為止仍對我講冇信心照顧(因為工人知道自己的缺點係冇記性,而我亦曾經多次口頭警告過她,如再犯的話就會出 warning letter,不過到現時為止我亦沒有出過給她,因為好似好殘忍),所以令我很擔心.所以我有打算在請另一個新的.而我的問題是:

1. 如我提早通知佢(1個月通知),叫佢個agent幫佢找新顧主,而佢又可以向1個月內找到新僱主的話,我有沒有需要補番1個月工資,機票同埋大假給她.

2. 若我給她足夠時間找工,佢會唔會返咬我的(我己經係請正價,不過我只係一個月比兩假期佢放)

3. 傭工稅已於7月繳付,到時有冇得轉給新的工人呢?

真不好意思,要問你問題而唔問自己agent,因我驚個agent維護個工人而欺騙我.

我工人係自己請(冇經Agency)的 ! 佢六月尾才完第二個合約, 但佢同我提過想在十二月底放假返菲律賓, 但又話唔想在菲律賓留14天 ! 佢想3-4天便回港 !
我想問 :
1) 合約未完, 我可否或應否比佢放假 ?
2) 如果我再同佢續約, 是否要在現有合約完前才續 ?
3) 如果佢只係想放3-4天, 其他的假期我是否要比佢在香港放假, 又或者可以用錢補假 ? (我擔心係唔合法的做法)
4) 在入境處有什麼手續要辦 ?
5) 在續約時怎樣証明佢已在12月放假及離港 ?
6) 到6月時又時否一定要比佢離開香港以証出入境記錄 ?
請幫幫我吧 ??

菲傭話佢個老公有外遇(already 懷孕4 mths)，佢俾信我話唔做了，要返去處理件事。個3歲女女同佢好好，我好驚佢唔開心，9月又要適應新學校，又要適應新工人，好慘！仲有我年老邁的阿ma,難得同佢夾到(she also know cantonese)。我而家應點做？請給我一些意見
