HK Island's flats are better investments though...as there is a limited amount of land available.
You can move to my neighborhood. It is quiet, low pollution...

Agreed, HK Island property for sure is with higher potential for return, especially if leasing out the property....
We agreed to buy a very small flat for leasing if having extra saving $$ in future. ...
