香港的美資，layoff 就有得賠，抄即係你有野响佢手係無得賠的。無律師，有無agreement 我就唔知，不過有時流傳出來抄人的原因都幾攪笑。專業人士唔想响行內臭名，一般都快快揾過份工就算，而且將來重會見，無謂攪咁多。
