To all:
thanks for all your responses about the sugar blood problem...
I went to see the nutrionist on wednesday after work......they warn me I have to see them asap......so I went ...the nutrionist spent about 90 mins with me...try to explain what really happen to me and explain what kind of food I should avoid or take....so...now I think I will be ok la.....I will do my best to control myself...thanks again.....
p.s. actually I haven't gain too much lbs....only 13 lbs so far..

I know about the claim for con-ed....I even make a lot of copies in the office and give out to everyone I know..like...my co-workers...my relative and all my friend.... :-P :-P :-P

jaan: 3 years!? geez, my nibble will probably fall off by then!

Hayden B still bf once (or twice) a day but the Dr. says it is okay to start weaning him... I think I will let Hayden B eat as long as he wants...

whalebb: so jealous of you la, can go everywhere without BB.. how's Fat Bean adjusting without mama everyday? Is she crying a lot?

pepsii: great to know you are okay now, honestly your weight gain really wasn't much, when I was at your stage, I think I am already 30+ my previous weight

but my ob says it is okay as long as I don't have sugar in the pee pee test..

Hope your BB girl will be alright!

Chi mami: ar... you have to let me know how the potty training goes... because I will have to go through it later! A lot of people told me it will be very hard :-( :-(

Hayden B is still young, no need to hurry him to the potty training, but you can buy a potty for him and let him sit for the poo poo now as a routine, I did this to my son when he was 9 months old so at least he's not afraid or refuse to sit in the potty all the time. But I know, i still got a long way to to make him 100% complete......

13 pounds for 6 mos, man, you are gaining much at all, I think I gained at least 20 pounds when I was at that stage.

I think we should claim Con Ed ar...cos they'll increase the fee of electricity due to the blackout.. :-x :-x ...I wonder when they increase the electricity fee...because I got the electricity bill few days ago that the reading was estimated due to blackout. U know, it's summer ma. We usually use air-conditioner even daytime. If they increase it in the next time, it's not fair ma.... :-x :-x

and about the estimate..you should call up and let con-ed know what's your meter reading....to avoid the estimate billing....

my nephew's computer burn the fuse also...right after he got back the power...he said he even saw a smoke came out from the computer....and about 3 days after the blackout....his TV was broken....but not sure becasue of the blackout of what....anyway I called him africian-chinese....he is so in badluck......

栗米豬wan俐soup (連栗米鬆) is very good for high blood sugar. also you can eat 豬la 菜. Imy mother has diabetics (SP??) these soup help her blood presure .
I will let you know how to cook the SO FU LE later
but the one I learn is cold one not the hot one

I also took the course to learn Blueberry cheesecake$180.
because My BF loves Cheese cake
