Hi all:

I got a BIG Problem now!!! :-( :-( My husband is looking for an apartment in Mel now. He has visited alot of properties and did fill in some forms..but it took quite a long time to get the answer from the agents.

But I heard someone from BK (forgot his name) said, once you have visited the property, and you love it, you can pay the deposit asap, no need to fill any form, is it true?

Coz everytime my husband visits the property, he needs to fill a form and wait. Our "finding property time" is very tight.... :-( :-( :-(

唔知要填禁多forms.唔系agents會幫手填咩?如果間屋滿意的話,不如落左定金隱陣喎.如果唔系填禁多forms之後又比人租左啦!可能要填forms泥做d手續同幫手做d house inspection等等.你地依家租邊區呀?幾大?要幾錢?

I don't know ah, my husband tried to ask the agent about can he pay the deposit straight away, but the agent said, NO, he needs to fill a form first and the owner of the house will chose which renter he/she wants to rent too....

We are looking at some places like Richmond, South Yarra...... :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

BB will born 2 weeks later but still got heaps of BIG things need to prepare...... :-( :-( :-( :-(

This morning have appointment with the mid-wife. She said my bb is very good, head downs already but doesn't mean will born soon....

The weights for the bb will be no more than 3kg....My son was around 3.53kg when he was born, but the midwife said 3.53kg is too big for me (coz I am very short and thin), so 3kg is good for me.

And she said, "coz this time your bb is small, so maybe you can have natural birth......"

(actuallly I already booked the C-section and I hate the pain)....

I hope the bb don't come out before 13/11.....coz bb's daddy wont back to NZ until 11/11 :-( :-(

P.S: My mum and bro said this time I will have a bb girl coz the size is small.....

hope they are right la!!!!!

一切都安好實在太好啦!輕重的BB和開刀或自然都唔緊要,最重要都是母子或母女平安健康.

昨天晚上9點開始感覺輕微陣痛，由每隔40mins一次至20mins一次, 11點打電話到醫院報告情況，姑娘話仲好早階段，等到2-3mins痛一次或穿水先再打比佢。於是同老公瞓覺，一路痛楚增加，根本瞓唔倒，到4:50am, 每5-10mins一次，陣痛加強，開始頂唔順，食左粒panadol，發覺坐係到比起訓係到無咁痛，天光去醫院覆診，醫生檢查左子宮開了2cm，仲有排，叫我番屋企再等每2mins出現陣痛一次或穿水先入院，不過醫生話有可能今晚或聽朝生得。唔知點解，番屋企後，陣痛的頻率由之前最密轉到而家20幾30分鐘先陣痛一次，但就好痛! 都唔知今晚生唔生得出!

填application form係例行手續來,要填好多資料同埋唔係你話比訂金就得嫁,要睇個landlord選咩租客,佢地用入表者既起租日,同租金去決定,當然月遲決定,就想租比最高bid中既客啦,不過又真係會拖長左,最好叫你husband狂send e-mail去追,我都係咁咋,如果等d agent做野,真係

Hey! Don't worry~ if the weight of bb around 3kg, this is not too small~ I think this is good for Asian women.

By the way, my hushand was not in HK when I was gave birth of BB...... He was during business trip in India.... plus my baby was come out 3 weeks earlier (Nov/15 and supposed my hushand back on Nov/16).... but I was very very lucky! the pain just spend me 1.5hour only..... natural birth is sound not that worst...

You know what this is our 1st baby and he was very very looking for giving me support and right by my side when I delivered my baby.... he was crying when he heard my voice after the baby came out... he knew the whole process coz my mum was stayed with me at the hospital and he was talking to her about my situation.....

Anyway, be strong!!!! Everyone of us are all supporting you!!!

Agents遲遲唔回覆你地, 好大原因係你地想rent既都係貴區, 一般黎講, agents must tell you the rental price before asking you to fill in any information. Owners既心態係皇帝女唔憂嫁.
