Only just realised what you ppl were chatting about last night.

Solution to good Engl - 1st - get into a good EMI school, practise more, read more. This way you save a little time than otherwise.
Alternative - emigrate to an Engl speaking country and live in a non-Chin neightbourhood and kids study in a local school.

And what you've been saying last night, no la,

I just seeem to know terms / everything about nothing, because I've lived longer than you ja.

A lot of them are NOT from Engl Lit, but for misc subjects. I was in Sc then Arts.

The leapfrog storybooks may a little bit diff. to HM but may ok to HH wow. As the content need a bit "thinking". Some are $25 and some are $28 (before discount). I think it's worth to buy gei

They're very colourful and the stories are funny.

童書99 books have arrived:

Initial comments on their differences in foci:

99 I (my previously bought book) - focus on books which are good for building kids' 'power' in nine aspects, e.g. independence, self-confidence, love...

99 II - focus on books which are about different emotional expression

99 III - focus on language skill building.

Why they are called 99 books?

Coz they each intro 99 kids books of a few catories of topics/foci ah.

I find 99 III very special and they teach parents how to lead kids to under the different way of 語法語音語句. Each book introd will come with some suggested thinking points/ activities.

I flip through a few pages on the way home.
