真係可惜啦！點解 James 要放棄'流水'呀？仲有時間喎！首歌真係幾好聽！
James 咁快已經準備考 ATCL, 真係厲害！

阿囡本來練好咗首 Italian Concerto 諗住比賽加考試，點知老師依家話唔好用 Italian Concerto 考試，所以又要再練過，都唔知幾時可以考啦！James 會彈邊幾首歌呀？

先恭喜 Elise 今年校際音樂節 '豐收'呀！可惜我上星期唔得閒去學校睇佢表演啦！不過唔怕，仲有音樂節表演！
今年 Marimba 比賽 Matthew 同 Elise 同場，不過 Matthew 之前為咗個 piano 比賽，攪到依家先開始練 percussion 果兩首 pieces，今年比賽仲要係咁早，老師都話去攞吓經驗算啦！希望到時佢唔好失禮人啦！

Hi Rachethew,

Elise has just started practising the marimba song, and has not yet started the Chinese piano solo. By the way, how do you take the marimba to the competition hall ? I remember there is a long staircase to the entrance of the Pui Chin Education Centre too. Why there are so many competitors for xylophone but only 16 for marimba ?

My daughter has piano performance class on Sat. and so cannot skip the Friday night lesson. Lesson used to be on Monday night but just changed this week. Tough luck !!!

以我所知，車係可以上到斜路盡頭，即係 Pui Ching 嘅門口呀！至放樂器方面，每年都係老師安排，我只係負責俾 $，你可以問吓蔡 sir 呀！
根據老師所講，xylophone 首歌比 marimba 首歌容易得多，所以點解 marimbe 咁少人報名囉！

祝Rachel彈'流水'& Italian concerto 旗開得勝！

ATCL暫時揀左Beethoven's Sonata in C minor op.10 #1, Bach's Preclude & Fugue in D minor, Mendelssohn's Song w/o Words & Britten's Moderato and Nocturne.

Rachel 用邊首代替Italian Concerto 呀？

先多謝你嘅祝福，但對'流水' 呢首歌都唔抱咁大希望，雖然首歌係好好聽，但實在好難彈，阿囡依家勉強彈到，但要彈出佢嘅意境就仲需要好多時間去浸淫！
至於 ATCL 嘅曲目，老師都仲未落實，但肯定會彈一首 Bach 嘅 Prelude and Fugue，一首 Mozart 嘅 Sonata(今年 8 級果首)，其他就未決定，可能係 Chopin 再加一首 Debussy，但要計一計時間。我都希望佢可以今年年尾考，但唔知老師會唔會反對！

Hi Rachethew,

I have checked with Choi Sir. He told me he would jointly hire a marimba with other teachers who also have students in the competition, so we do not have to worry about the instrument.

Congradulations

Elise finishes a piano duet event with her school mate on Monday, with 93 marks, #2. They practise everyday in the CNY holiday except New Year's Eve and New Year's day. Now the event is over, they miss seeing each other every day!! That was difficult because we have different teachers and neither are committed in teaching the event.

BTW, are you in APA on Saturday ?

How's Matthew's marimba ? Elise only starts practising after the duet event, and we have to travel to APA or the teacher's studio daily. It's so good that you have the instrument home.
