Every morning, I pump for 1/2 hr at 07:00 before going to office. (3zo) Then 2nd pump at 13:00 in office toilet for 1/2 hr again.(3zo) When I reached home, 17:00, pump again.(3zo) After then, pump every 3 hrs. (1.5zo) As I have told you, my girl refuse direct feeding and I only pump milk to feed her.
Previously, I pumped ever 3 hrs with 1.5zo. Now, even I pumped every 6 hrs, the productivity is maintained. Hope this can be maintained.
I think it really difficult to use electric pump in office as it is very noisy. If you have to pump in toilet, it's difficult to find electric plug. Manual pump can help to maintain privacy and you can pump with peaceful mind.
I have been thinking of pumping twice in the office. However, cleaning and sterlizing the equipment is really a problem. First, I don't want to clean the pump in public area. Second, how to sterlize? I don't want to use chemical tablet also. I am considering to buy another Avent pump so that no sterlizing and assembling is required.
For the "fridge-to-go", as I also put the Avent pump in for the trip to office, so I need to buy a big one. Yes, it quite bulky, I use a backsack to carry it to office.
When I am back to office, I put the 2 bottles (one for spare) and the pump in the box (not transparent) in the fridge. Then put the "fridge-to-go" in the frozen compartment. I put the sterlized pump into a plastic food bag before putting in the box. After pumping, I will wash the pump quickly with water and put all the parts back to the plastic bag. (pls make sure no parts is missing, esp the small circle part). Then, send all stuff back to the fridge again.
I have a manual one. It's good in the sense that you have a mobile bed for him. You can watch him sleep anywhere at home. However, my girl just want u to hold her. 搖椅 don't work for her.
