紫鈺依家一日食兩餐粥, 一餐食一碗(日本款式既碗), 另外飲四餐奶, 共22安左右, 但係我今日叫工人試下俾紫鈺飲多一餐, 因為佢活動量真係好大好大。每日行既路真係分分鐘多過我!
我詁kirsten係食唔慣囉, 同埋可能胃淺, 食固體食物後兩三個鐘再飲奶都唔奇既, 因為佢地習慣左飲奶奶ma, 可能當左果d係零食。妳俾糊仔定粥仔kirsten食呀, 記住加多d材料落去, 同埋d材料唔好又係糊狀喎, 要俾佢習慣下固體了。

Dear Cathy,

I have feeds Kirsten Cereal & Congee, if we are at home, Kirsten only can have two meal of Cereal, if i go to my sister house than Kirsten can have congee because where i live have no market, so i can't get another fresh foods to Kirsten... anyway we are move out in mid of next month so my litter Kirsten can eat some more fresh food la.. hahaha.... we are really moving for Kirsten because i think she is too poor got no food can eat if we are live in here..

I have put punkin, ege york, fish, winter melon, pork on Kirsten congee.

Normally: Punkin & pork+york (or fish)
Winter melon & pork + york (or fish)

Kirsten seems to be like to eat congee & cereal more than milk, but anyway she really getting better than last months, she don't eat anything at last months whole month.... at least she drink milk better at least five oz each meal (even she seems to be don't like it)

Don't give too much 冬瓜 to kirsten, 節瓜 will be better, hope kirsten will eat more after move to the new place(more fresh food to enjoy!)

尋晚，仔仔加入左「三更半夜合唱團」…

成４點幾，無啦啦醒左坐左係度…仲要好快發現附近有波波，佢即刻拎黎玩…玩得好開心添…！

噯佢廿幾分鐘先至訓得返…其實噯佢時佢係好眼訓，係咁捽眼，但係又係咁睜大對眼望來望去…

唉！仔仔愈來愈曳曳呀…可能因為我晏晝返工見我唔到，所以我一放左工返黎見唔到我都冇野，一見到我就係咁摟計要我抱…但老公話晏晝佢可以自己一個玩冇摟計架喎… ?-(

we are really moving for Kirsten because i think she is too poor got no food can eat if we are live in here.. ------> You may try to order some fresh organic vegetables (Both for Chinese style and Western style, such as spinach, pumpkin, butternut squash, potato, tomato, cucumber, eggplant, bean, apple and avocado etc.) on the internet so that you will have lots of choices to cook for Kirsten (they all can directly delivery the vegetables to your home without any additional charges)...... hope this helps!!!!
