All,

Updates and plan for this week:
- THANKS Mrs Fung for helping us to pay the deposit today. I have emailed the receipt to you mums (for those who have provided me your email address when you sent me the deposit info) for your record. (I don't post it here as I don't know whether it is safe to post the receipt here... right??) If any of you who want to see the receipt but have not provided me with the email address, pls pm me your email address and I will forward the receipt to you.
- We could start contacting the companies for sponsorships. I will contact the committee members for this part later this week to see how we could split the work.
- Let's finalize this week when/where to have our committee meeting.

[size=x-large]Question

How many of you mums will _NOT_ bring BB strolley to the party? If we have some mums plan NOT to bring the BB strolleys, we could then have some more spaces for the waitlist families. Please let me know asap as we could then know how many seats could be released for the waitlist families. THANKS.

We need mums to lend us the mats and some other mums to help to pick up and clean the mats before the party

至於生日會紀念品問題,
我之前提過喺新世界中心有一個檔仔(唔知仲有冇),
可以即刻影張相或者俾張相佢哋,
就可以即時整到個印章,都幾得意架,
如果大家有興趣,我去問吓佢哋可唔可以嚟活動幫我哋整,
同埋幾錢一個!!

Better to leave them for moving the tables/chairs. I think we only have simple decoration like the Happy Birthday banner and balloons.

Maybe it is easier to just indicate who will _NOT_ bring instead of asking all mums to respond and say "Y". I guess the majority will bring.

係咪需要做decoration既committee預早拎定先呢??因為應該其他人去到要佈置好....咁如果到時先帶去咪會遲咗羅....

All, I have just contacted Gifted Child Educational Group 資優兒童教育機構, they said in order to get their sponsorship for the birthday-party, they need to know whether we have any Gifted Child registered members in our group of mums, and whether this group of members have made any purchase at Gifted Child before. Please let me know if (i) you are a Gifted Child member, and (ii) whether you have made purchase before and the amount made.
