I have visited the hotel today, the ballroom is big and the size/shape is good for party. We need to pay 30% as deposit within 1 week to hold the place. Details as follows:
- Date: Jul 2 (Sun)
- Time: 1-4pm
- Fee: $120+10% service for adult
- Min. number of ppl: min. 100 adults and/or 3yr+ children
- Facilities: stage, backdrop, mic, TV screen, playground mats, reception desk

Let's target to recruit helpers until May 22 (Mon), and if we have enough helpers to continue to plan for the party, we could start collecting money from May 22 (Mon) - May 26 (Fri), and pay deposit on May 27 (Sat). Once we pay the deposit, we could start contacting sponsors with the hotel deposit receipt.
