I found if do more stretches, then can do the pose very well, eg, triangle pose.

re : arms
only know do more poses for arms, like : Side Plant pose, Downward facing dog, Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose).

i go to TST pure now and will go to MK pure when it opens in Mid-August, as i worked in shatin, so i normally attend 6:45 / 7pm class

i like doing hatha and hot 1, as i'm very new to yoga (only 1 month, 6 lessons), dare not to try other types yet

如果好似你咁講,咁死得啦,每次做完就係食飯時間,次次都好肚餓 :-( :-( :-(

In fact that's true, at our age, more exercise not = lost weight ga. Need to keep light foods. For me, I keep the light foods from Apr till now, only eat much during weekend with friends but not every week, then can lost 10 lbs.

有幫助架啦, 做左1個月低左1吋左右啦, 小腿前筋好難長架, hamstring & hip joint 就易d鬆, 1個月效果會明顯好多, 我老公一個月前 forward bend 手指差2吋到地, 尋晚佢差半吋全手板到地, 頭差1吋貼knee

by the way 我都係 bar枱 + 許願樹o既一份子,後生遙遙 d 柔軟度都咁差,真係要搵拉登幫幫手 (i love this term 拉登 )

我九月開學唔係讀 k1,讀番個地龜,我會努力o架喇,希望到時都仲 keep 到做 yoga :-|

我都唔化妝 (硬係覺得對皮膚唔好) o架,間唔中 seafood 痕先會化o下,咁我都好烏 wear 啦 做o左媽媽o既有媽媽o既光采,囝囝囡囡一定話媽媽最靚o架

其實我可能until12月前要減少做yoga, ie mon-fri只做一堂,再+sat.因做yoga令我流好多汗, which is good,但郤令我谷唔到奶pump唔到(我到而家都未pump奶呀 :-().我擔心我個仔好快會決糧呀!其實而家都係好緊張,可能before歲半前就要補奶粉.但我希望可以捱過歲半,因家姐仔以前都係食全人奶till歲半.我想對個仔公平d.

乜原來出得多汗會影響奶量架? 你有冇飲返多d 水? 或者你可以lunch 時做d 唔會出咁多汗既堂啦... 好似 yoga therapy 之類.

我盡力每晚貼一個pose, 由淨企開始, 做完全身會容易鬆, 跟住的動作可以去深d, 呢個pose 好重要, 睇字好簡單, 但要做足5項先有用, 做時要全身用力, 好似有人拉你向上咁, 可能做做下會做少1-2項, 再黎過, 合上眼吸氣4-6秒, 呼氣4-6秒, 初學者重覆10-15次

Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

1. stand erect with the feet together, the heels and big toes touching each other. Rest the heads of metatarsals on the floor and stretch all the toes flat on the floor.
2. Tighten the knees and pull the knee-caps up, contract the hips and pull up the muscles at the back of the thighs.
3. Keep the stomach in, chest forward, spine stretched up and the neck straight.
4. Do not bear the weight of the body either on the heels or the toes, but distribute it evenly on them both.
5. Ideally in Tadasana the arms are stretched out over the head, but for the sake of convenience, one can place them by the side of the thighs.

咁你叫左5次救命後, 彈高1秒, 再黎做過啦, 呢d同拉登無親戚關係架............. 5次唔得就最少3次啦

我做左2年幾 downward facing dog, bye bye 肉都未同我 say goodbye.......... :-(

做完yoga飲一枝水先啦, 飲完會無咁餓, 沖完涼扮下靚都30分鐘, 再行幾行, 好快一小時, 食都無咁吸收

yes, 但記住要好似有人拉你向上, 而腳板用力向地下推, 咁呼吸先會深, 吸一下個肺會感覺大左, 再吸又會再大少少
