The red bean bag is really good, the smell of the cooked red bean can help to sleep also. When I have cold hand and feet, I used it at home all the time since it just need to be warmed up in mircowave. Moreover, it is very cheap and reuseable. You can also use it to warm up your bed before you go to bed in winter or ease your sore and tight shoulder.
I forgot I've no microwave at home tim....so bad....In fact, I need to turn on the 'heater' at my sleeping room for a while & turn off while I go to the bed. I always have cold feet, my husband just like a hot pot....heater....

I go to see 潘醫師 and 針灸, I make 針灸 in first time, i hope 針灸 in QMH in tmw, I hope higher chance to bingo la, 潘醫師 no chinese medicine to me for easy 著床, but she call me to buy 同仁堂六味地黃丸(濃縮丸), this 丸 help me 著床, i hope so
kool, don't worry too much, may be cases by cases are different, in my case. I just finished ectopic pregnancy surgery two months ago, in fact, I still weak, even though I didn't feel myself weak. But the Chi. Dr. said I am very weak & suggest me to take rest for two more months, but I really want to put back the embryos again. Really really hope to do asap. Because I have 7 days annual leave need to be taken before Jan. Next year I only have 12 days annual leave, that might not enough for the whole year :(
Thus, Kool, if your health is strong enough, it should be ok, I think you take as much rest as possible after put back the embryos. If you feel dizzy, then take rest immediately. You know it is too expensive to do it again. I am so regret that I was too careless. Assume you have 20K/mth, you also need 4 mths to get back the $$$, the most important is your confidence will be affect greatly.
Thus, put your health at the 1st priority.

About QMH,我交介紹信到開始療程約一年時間左右，我兩個朋友都是要等差不多一年就開始療程，而且最近有一位朋友剛booking 了QMH,她比較快，2007年４月開始療程，她等了8個月左右。另一個排威院，就要排到兩年後。你有沒有間QMH有沒有早一些呀。
吉叔, Yeah, I heard about him alot from the msg. But not sure whether he is good or not. This sat will try baptist hopsital's chi. dr., will try her 1st.
Weah, I don't understand your 1st why can be so quick? I got the reference letter this July & immediately gave the letter to QMH, I still need to wait until June200 to 1st time seeing dr. And she said it take one more yr to wait to do the IVF.
Acutally, I really hope I don't need to do the public one. Dr.Tay is very good, I don't want to do by other Dr. But he is so expensive. But I will ask him again whether I can go "勝利" hospital. That one will be cheaper I believe.
