{根據法例係到港日計即要出由11/1至 10/2既人工}

我已於 16/1比一個月通知期工人，但因tax 只 until 到 10/2,所以 要付不足一個月的錢，
問題一 :
1. 即 9/2-15/2 (7 days)是嗎 ?
2. 即使工人找到新僱主，我也要付ticket fee嗎 ?
咁，如果個工人一年轉5次僱主，即係收在5次機票錢，
如是，變相，鼓勵工人作反?
3. 請問可否打出一些句子，內容大致是 :
Declare已收妥工作期內所有 outstanding payment and hoilday,以後不得作任何申索。

{道理上係既! 但炒既就唔容易係香港轉僱主，就算搵到新
僱主工人都要返菲律賓等visa既。另外你可以買機票唔好
俾cash囉}

Hi Mrs Rose,

I have a friend who would like to transfer her maid to me after she has hired her for 1 and 1/2 yr, is it possible to do such transfer without releasing her then rehire with a new contract. in other word, is it possible to just change the name of the employer within the same contract?

in such way, my friend would not need to give 1 month notice and air ticket and unused vocation?

if this is possible, what process + fee should i or my friend be responsable?

what other things should i be worry about?

唔該晒 .....我地星期六已經telephone interview 左個女仔, 我覺得佢反應幾快同答問題都有d sense (雖然我老公覺得佢答得行).....依家等佢俾返張ref. letter 同大學cert. 俾我就可以confirm 啦

Mrs. Rose,

I interviewed an existing bun bun yesterday. She looks good to us. Then we called her employer, her employer also said she is good. She needs to work till Feb. 15 & then she is free.

The problem is how can I verify if the one talk to me is the true employer. I will write a letter to the contracted address, but still not sure if the employer can receive my letter & call me back for comment.

Do you have any other suggestions? Tkssss !

我想問我透過agent請印傭,點知申請左成三個幾月,都未黎到,佢成日拖住我地,又唔肯退錢,只可以揀過第二個,我想問係咪無佢符?咁我地請人咪好慘???

{It's impossible! Your friend must follow Labour Law to release her first then you re-hired the maid, you need to sign contract under your name with the maid.
But by Law only 3 reasons the maid can stay in HK and changed new employer, out of the 3 reasons need to back to Philippines to wait for her new visa.
1) Employer has finanical problem
2) Employer Immigrated to other country
3) Employer died

If your friend released her based on above reasons
then you can re-hire her without going back to Philippines and you can process by yourself . If not, the maid need to back to Philippines to wait for your visa approval thru Agent.}

{可打去消委會問，如果消委會覺得Agent錯，佢地會幫你
出頭追究Agent架}

2)每年7日大假，按比列計返俾工人
3)返原居地既單程機票
4)HK$150.交通及膳食津貼
炒左工人7日內一定要通知入境處工人已炒}

The problem is how can I verify if the one talk to me is the true employer.
{Send the letter by registered mail, at least that will ensure the address is verified.}

{My suggestion is take it easy, even the real employer really say the maid is good it does not
mean when she works with you, you will feel
good too. Your requirement may be different from her present employer...
Actually you still have a window period to 'test' her from the 15th Feb till her visa is release. If there is problem you can still stop the visa processing.}

我個印印基本上做o野O.K. 但太多電話, 由朝講到晚, 連SLEEP的時候都在被內講. 可否教我如何可婉轉些叫佢不要講咁多? 我個仔是和她同房的, 故晚上講電話會影響他sleep. Thanks.

請指教以下問題:

依家個賓賓將於今年六月做滿四年......又搵唔0岩新工人......
如同佢續約,但於十二月同佢終止合約,除了要補一個月,是否無須補長期服務金(因未做滿五年)

多謝你上次幫我解答o左問題, 而家有少少關於菲律賓政府新制想請教.

我之前經agent新簽o左一位海外bun bun, 佢從未出過國打工, agent通知我已入菲領事館, 個bun bun而家已stay o係o個邊學校上堂, 我問agent個bun bun係咪要考中文, 佢話佢地從來無聽過要考 ?-( , 仲話只係印印先要考中文, bun bun係唔駛o既. 但我聽好多bk mami話要, 究竟而家最新程況係點?

請指教 .
