poor you. I also tripped over in my office 2 weeks ago. My knees were hurt serviously and still not totally recovered up to now :-( :-( When hm saw this, he asked me not to wear the hi-heel shoes anymore but reminded me to wear the running shoes

I just went to Tai Yuen Street Kam Fai to buy some "thomas" trains at lunch time

I also asked my colleague to "change" the cars from McD for me today
