agree! wish i can finish most of the part time study before little prince goes to primary school. at that time, i think i will be primary school student again.

Gunsou,
I am going to get my med-surg license (to climb on the manager's chair lor)..
it is 5am in the morning.. almost time for my morning round for blood drawing..
last night, no time to review my notes.. *sigh* 1 code blue (CPR) and 1 condition C( patient becomes critical).. very busy.. just sit inside my office..and come online.. relax a bit.. and have cup of hot water.. then.. go out and clean up the mexx outside on the ward..
5 days off from today.. wish, can get up some sleep and do some more online credits ..

oic. it is really necessary to climb up to higher posts because (in my opinion) it is really difficult to stay in the frontline posts forever. physically difficult. add oil lah!

are you "black" at work? i am a very "black" person. i still remember i needed to certify dead for a cancer patient in the gyn ward on my first nite in O&G dept. sigh... they said they had not got mortality for 2 years prior to my arrival to that dept.

so far.. 我都算幾黑仔(花名黑摩利).. 2年"差 50幾件", 30件上天堂.. 20+件去ICU..
我記得, 做學生時, 要打包, 有家屬同我講, 話我係觀音嘅契女, 病人要"走", 都會等我返工.. 我返而唔mind.
可以幫佢哋做最後一件事, 令佢哋冇故慮咁走, 係我嘅福份..
呢啲係連 "往生者" 至親都冇資格做嘅嘢, 我可以做到.. 亦係為我嘅孩子積福.. 我信架.. 我公公係停屍間嘅staff.. 家人多數係 physio, nurse, 到我一代, 個個都係 master (只有我唔係, 但都有BSN-- 我會讀master, 但唔知讀 education,定 administration).. 我覺得, 所有 under our care 嘅往生者都會保佑我嘅家人呢..
work load 喺US 係好低, 但始終冇可能長駐前線.. 看夜-->好攰.
so.. 要考試考試再考試!!

原來呢度咁多勁人,真係佩服.
我都係想進修個high dip.希望一年內完成,因為過多年幾,大仔升小學就擔心仲忙. 到時仲多藉口比自己.
但現在工作上,不取個學位又真係好難再上一層. 我唔係aggressive那類,但入到呢間公司,(唔夠半年),不高不低. 對下D文員仔做得耐唔服你,但公司又希望比你handle公司admin的層面. 若眼光放遠D,要留在這公司,我想進修係令自己坐得穩D的唯一途徑.

add oil. it is really upset to fail professional exam. i also experienced that few times. life will be better after all these exams. but you must take care because your daughter needs you.

lives of working mother nowadays are really tough.
