don't know if it can help you, my son is now 7 mths old, he can finish one big bowl of congee everyday.
Foods in his congee everyday:-
1/ a small piece of salmon
2/ a small piece of fish fillet
3/ small green peas x 20 ( bird's eyes brand)
4/ choi sum x 3 OR pak choi x 1 OR a very small sweet potato (purple or orange) OR a small piece of pumpkin OR carrot
I process all foods in blender and put them back into the congee to boil. My son likes to have different taste everyday.
So far I have never given him any salt or meat except fish.
