I don't think you can get the mony back lar cos you need to have the custom stamp on it & mail bk before you come bk to HK.

最重要一點係要証明你件退稅品係離開歐盟國使用先有得退, 所以要係離開歐盟國果時拎退稅品同份form去海關打印做証, 冇印=証明唔到你件退稅品係離開歐盟國使用, 所以都好難退到稅

Lafeyette 個度並不是 Global refund officer or Custom, 只不過係 Lafeyette 一個部門幫遊客填 form 同教人點搞 refund, 出面買野係比份 form 你自己填個人資料, Lafeyette 可以幫你 print 埋 service 好d咁咋..

唯一辦法你試下 send email 去 Global Refund Officer, 問下仲有冇辦法搞啦, 或者問下東亞總行有冇辦法啦

另外refund by cash or by credit card 都係12%, 唔會by cash 只得10%咁少喎
