My haircut 要求 is need lots of layers on my long hair and shorter side choppy bang, the hair to cut should be exact inch I want, not 1 inch become 3 inches. Hair color should be completely on whole hair not 一達達, is that too much 要求? Can Coco head do that?

One question: do u and 眼訓 know anywhere can find some rental house/ apartment with no signing the rental contract? It seems like the apartment like Avalon station 250 will be big penalty if we break the contract and leave early.

I just called Dedham Avalon for you... they shortest least they can do is 2 months, and they do have availability around beginning of May starting from $17XX.
The deposit will be different dependent on your credit history, I'm not sure how they rate a Canadian credit history, they said they needed to see your application before they can decide on how big the deposit are without credit history....

I have just checked on their official site but somehow 2 months lease term will result $3152 per month?? And 12 months lease terms will be $1827 per month. What a huge difference.
For the deposit, it is not the main concern.
My main concern is, there will be big penalty for breaking rental contract. My friend who lives in California need to pay at least 3 months rents before she can move out from the apartment. I am just worry if the same thing will happen to me. Haha..cannot afford these penalty.

or you can first rent two months, and if hubby like the job and decided to stay, change to yearly least to lower the cost... you don't need to do two months all the day...
or you can ask about the panalty, the panalty may cost less than the two months rent if you decided to leave. e.g. $1000 to break the yearly least after two months of $1800 rent may cost less than two months least of $3000 .... just do the math...

Do u know if North Quincy and Braintree are safe to live? Coz I found the below apartments seem to be good condition with cheaper rental lease for 6 months term:

MA in general 都好 OK 架....唔洗擔心安全問題.... Quincy 同 Braintree 都 OK 架... 多唐人D.. 不過你講呢兩個屋苑都行唔到去 supermarket... etc..無 dedham 咁方便... 就係 station/wholefood/costco/restaurant 隔離...
Thanks for the info. But my husband want somewhere with lower rent with short lease term. Too hard to find lor coz his budget is around $2000 per month and need to be not old but clean and safe, and have washer and dryer inside apartment unit. I read a lot of yelps and other reviews about scary storys and ppl left even they need to breaking lease contract of some apartments. They said some apartments is full of section 8 ppl and make some apartments no safe to live in. Kind of make me nervous.
Anyway, U mean u will not consider the area of Dorchester, Mattapan, Roxbury, Randolph and Brockton, right? Because it is not safe?
Can u tell me if there is any newspaper or website for Chinese which have ads for apartment rental?
