Similar situation applies to me, from 300/250 to 200/150, then the progress is quite slow, maybe it takes time to get the further improvement.
For my son, he is from 200 to 100 within a few days, then take about two months to get to 2nd last line on the eye chart. However, in the first month, the progress is extremely slow, then we stopped one/two weeks, and re do the eye chart intensively for a few days, now 2nd last line but the further progress is slow again.

I guess we may need to our eyes to get used to one stage, when the eyes are stablised at that stage, then wait for a few weeks (no need to do a lot exercise, let the eyes get rest), then intensively do the 2nd stage. That may be more effective.

Thanks for your advice. Maybe I should stop for a week or so. Hope we can really get rid of our glasses one day.

By the way, do you wear glasses now? For me, my old glasses are too strong for me now (250/250) - I feel a bit dizzy when I wear them.

I replace my lens to 150/100, only for driving, I do not wear glasses the other time. It helps because you will need to train your eye sight all the time.

我原本係 225 & 200 度 , 做左兩個幾禮拜, 自己覺得淺左, 跟住就試左幾日係屋企唔戴眼鏡, 再過左幾日, 走去眼鏡鋪驗眼, 她告訴我一隻眼100, 另一隻係 75度, 聽完後我真係好開心!

He does not wear glasses, simply ask teacher to let him seit in the front. I told his class teacher, he is undergoing a treatment, his teacher is so nice to co-operate.

我囡囡22/8上堂那天開始練，原本的度數是225/175，初時進度較快，但星期三開始已沒有進展了，仍然是3M處看到第五行。這兩天她練了一整天才看到第四行，但第二天又回到第五行。她本週不用上課，可以不用帶眼鏡，但睇電視時她說看不清字幕。她很想返學後帶回舊眼鏡100度，但豈不是又回到100度近視！我是否要為她配一個更淺度數，還是堅持要她不帶眼鏡上堂？她可能是心理上倚賴帶眼鏡？

for help: short sighted degree form 150 to 250 in 6 months

My 7-year-old daughter got 250 degrees in short-sighted . I am worried about her because she got her 1st glasses after attending primary 1 - 2nd semester. In 6 months, she need to new glasses. It's too fast and increases in 100 degrees. I don't know what's happen to her eye sight. At school, they use visualiser for teaching, her teacher will dimmer the light. She 's not always stick to the TV or computer. But she likes reading very much. Please give me more information to do the check up or apply a lesson for her. Please send me pm. Many thanks.

我認為如果老師可以安排囡囡坐前排,100度可以不用帶眼鏡。但如果坐後面，我會叫囡囡帶。
試下做string exercise，進度比eye chart 快。
我仔仔上個月驗眼，100度眼科醫生話不需要帶眼鏡。

我係八月頭聽既, 之後就好勤力係屋企練, 我唸大概有兩個多禮拜啦, 但係去到100度, 就真係停左無進展, 不過我都好滿意既啦!
我唸度數高見效會快些, 度數淺既就無咁快, 好似我女咁, 只係進步左小小, 慢慢來啦!
