今日我對仔女復活節假期後第一日返學,我知佢地會懶床,所以一早諗住開咗佢地房燈"燦"醒佢地起身。我開咗燈就走出廳做第二啲嘢,無幾耐又去睇下佢地醒未,點知未醒,"啲燈仲熄曬!"。於是,我又著返佢地房燈,行開,點知擰轉頭見到傻賓幫我熄返曬佢地房燈。
我問:Do you know why I turned on the light?
佢答:Because you want to wake them up.
我問:So? How come you turned off the light?
佢答:Because they asked.
我問(火都嚟):Who is your employer? They or me? I turned it on, you turned it off, I turned it on, you turned it off, I turned it on, you turned it off......for what?
佢答(好似好無辜咁):No, Mom, two times only.....not three times, you said three times.
我呢個儍賓唔知乜春大學"英文系"畢業㗎!啲英文屎到呀?!
假如問我係唔係放d嘢入去個盒度,佢係話"l inside this box?" 一句句子連verb都無㗎!講自己以前做過d乜,竟然話"l will xxxxx."講過去、現在、將來,都係"l will xxxxx."
佢唔夠膽話我d英文差,成日問我外國邊度讀大學,關佢鬼事咩?我反而成日話佢d英文差,成日要叫佢講嘢complete啲,啲發音又差,唔明佢講乜?
1)佢只跟instruction做嘢唔會理你點解要咁做,明知事情有變,照做會撞板,照做,點解?因為跟僱主嘅指示做,錯,係僱主指示嘅問題,唔係佢嘅問題。佢唔執行靈活性,唔係佢唔懂得執行,係佢覺得執行靈活性,佢自己要承擔執行靈活性嘅風險。e.g. 我復活節假後第一日朝早開房燈"燦"醒我對仔女起身,我行開,有人熄燈,返去再開,轉頭,見到佢又熄返。我問:Do you know why I turned on the light? 佢:Yes, you want to wake them up. 我:So, how come you turned off again and again? 佢:Because they asked.
2)如果比僱主捉到佢無跟instruction做,佢就扮mis-communication。e.g.佢無拖地好多日比我發現,問佢:When did you mop the floor? 佢:Long time no, mom! 我:Why? 佢:No bleach! 我:I never ask you to use bleach to clean floor, I asked you to use clear water to clean floor from day one. 佢:Oh! No! Should Be Pleach(wax),you told me not to put Pleach if the floor is wet, so, from this day, I didn't mop anymore. You told me. Mom.
好!玩嘢吖嗎?我依家叫親佢做嘢咪唔講instruction囉!淨係同佢講target to be achieved。咁佢就表情好痛苦喇,好!你唔好話我唔比指示你,我同佢講: I want you to achieve this target, so, what will you do? 佢好痛苦咁自己嘔點樣做出來(缷責國民本性)。我話:Ok! Now you know what target you are going to achieve and you know how to do now, right ?OK!Go ahead! Do it!
其實,呢啲人以為好醒,根本豬頭炳。佢以為佢盲目跟指示做可以skip responsibilities? 咁佢skip responsibilities為乜先?咪又係想唔比僱主鬧。乜佢認為佢做乜都achieve唔到target,僱主會對佢有好感咩?正儍Q!我問佢:EITHER to achieve the target, I don't bother what process you did ,OR just blindly follow the instruction, and I closely monitor you. Your choice?
