I called 800-908653 and got a parcel tracking no "08XX XXXX XXXX" (12-digit). Then, I called 8106 3232 to check the status. Don't trust skynet website!! The parcel is not yet delivered!!
I made an order on 14/Apr. An email is received but without order no.
I also placed the order on 14/4. Only received an order confirmation with no reference number. I have still not received the parcel. Will call the CS tomorrow. I learnt from JM here that Next clothes is in good quality and fast delivery. But this makes me a bit disappointed. I ordered the clothes for my son to wear at a birthday party tomorrow but now I need to find something else for him to wear.
