你住 puxi where? 找新屋都係住番puxi 嗎? 其實住puxi 都好方便, 去邊都快d.

我03年已經來上海, 之後大肚冇做野返左hk生bb, 去年10月先帶埋bb返來, 中間都有年幾冇返過來, 因為上海真係幾悶ga!

平時如果冇野做我會去正大or八佰伴食野啦, 約左人就多數會過puxi, 我個a-yi 幾好, 住家的, 個女都好跟佢, 所以我可以輕鬆d. 得閑不如約出黎tea 吓吖, 我地bb都差不多大喎~

我個a-yi都係在agent搵的, 你講低要求, 佢地會安排d人比你見, 見完ok可以試工7日, 唔啱就比7日人工叫佢走, 好就留低繼續做. Agent 話一個月內可以免費換人, 之後就要收手續費, 詳細我唔知因為未換過呀. 其實大陸請a-yi冇香港咁多條例, 好多人都冇搵agent, 就咁口頭協議, 啱就即刻返工, 唔啱就即走, 就算搵agent請, 佢地都係求其整張合同, 不過好似保險d 囉!

其實我打算到上海住三個月先，8月尾番香港先.....因為我而家大肚三個月，都唔知上海D醫院/醫生好唔好，所以決定番香港生，到明年年頭才返上海住。

我有一個囡囡(一歲)和一個印印姐姐，姐姐好幫得手，所以會帶她到上海。但係她只可以申請短期旅遊visa，30日內出境，.....所以要每個月要放她回香港辨証+來回機票

，超煩！所以我決定今次來上海，揾定a-yi先。。。如果a-yi好的話，就出年唔同印印姐姐續約。

你吔有物香港手信想要呀？(嘻嘻，for your homesick)話比我知啦，等我帶比你。

Hi sugarcane,

My 印印 also followed me to relocate shanghai ...
I also applied one month短期旅遊visa to her.

But after one month, she can extend her travel visa at shanghai every month.... (max two times)...
Therefore, she can go back HK every 3 months.

However, my 印印met some indo friends here who refer some agency to her that can apply working visa for one year ...... So I may plan to apply it for her but don't know if it can be approve.

Dear all mommies here in Shanghai,

I am based in HK and would like to get some info for my friends. They are a HK couple with a 3 years old kid. The husband will be relocated to Shanghai in coming July and all the family will go too (together with their Philippino helper). The wife is now pregnant and her due date is Sep.

We all undestand that no matter where the baby is born, the baby has the right of abode in HK (居港權) b'cos both my friends have "***" in their HKID cards. However, in case the baby is subsequently born in Shanghai, they have the following questions:

1. Do they need to apply for one-way permit (單程証) for the baby to be allowed to leave China and enter HK? If so, where to apply and how? If not, what documents are required then?
2. Is the baby still entitled to the education coupon if their family moves back to HK after a few years time?

As I know, if HK residence has baby born outside HK

First, they need to go to the China Gov Embassy (in that country) to apply the temp. visa. Otherwise, bb has no proper visa to leave that country /enter HK.

Then, parent (both Mom and Father) go to HK office to apply HKID card & Visa for bb.
<<it is better for your friend to go to immigration headquarters in WanChai to ask directly for more info. and get the application form in advance>>

For education coupon, I have no idea. But I think the child should be qualified as he/she is legal HK residence.
