muesli should be good too (in term of healthy breakfast)
but have to check the ingrediant as some of them have lots of sugar which is no good lei
I always have muesli as breakfast, and Alphen is the best in term of taste. I usually have the original one but if u want less sugar one they also do one with no sugar:-P :-P
