I have try mango yogurt yesterday, I can't taste any mango favour , I have put 2 spoons sugar into it when making. And make for 10 hours (overnight). Is it too long time? will you put sugar into it? Could anyone tell me how to make better taste? Do you need to add 1 cm more hot water in this weather? Am I just put the yogurt in frige is ok? is it already 4 degree cold?
Why the taste so different different from supermarket one?
