AGREE...my bb changed to S size when he was only 8lb. I dont quite follow the instruction...just change when i think it's tight for my bb. The bb can weigh heavy but the thigh maybe be slim. some bb is short and lighter, but the thigh is big. the instruction just set as your reference, cant be too rigid to follow exactly
