I am using the yellow nipples so i use the little shapr scissor to cut the hole bigger. If you are using the white type, you can just use needle to poke the two hole at the tip..and also can poke the hole at the "breathing hole". If the flow still slow, then use the knofe to join the ttwo hole at the tip. but do it step by step.

may I ask what brand of bottles you use to feed your baby? I use Nuk and it takes my B 1 hour every time to drink 4 oz.
