而家早晚各一餐奶, 每次最多8安度,
下午加多餐奶都唔得, 中午 and dinner 都係粥or飯仔, tea就係餅囉.....

1日3餐奶 200ml, 2餐粥1.5碗, 飲d果汁.

唔知係唔係我個仔大個少少, 而家佢有時...

6:30am 飲7-8安奶
10:30am 食飯仔 (1碗- 1碗半大人碗)
2:30pm 食飯仔 (1碗- 1碗半大人碗)
3:00pm 飲橙汁 (2安左右)
6:30pm 食飯仔 (1碗- 1碗半大人碗)
8:00pm 食魚魚 2中式湯匙 (佢陪我地食飯的時侯)
10:30pm 飲8-12安奶(有時8安,有時12安)

如果那天我們有煲湯的話, 佢仲會飲2-3次湯湯添 (每次2-3安).
分享煮食的樂趣, 是減壓的一種好方法!

7:00am 8 oz milk
8:30am breakfast (oatmeal/baby cereal/bread)
12:00pm lunch (congee/rice/pasta - 1 & 1/2 bowl)
3:00pm 6 oz milk
6:30pm dinner (congee/rice/pasta - 1 & 1/2 bowl)
9:00pm 8 oz milk

* according to my doctor, should cut 1 milk but my baby is too thin, decide to not to cut yet.
