Dr Tay said one egg a day (incl. egg yolk) is good for the baby. Don't worry about the cholestrol of the egg yolk, he said it's no problem.
Chinese doctor also said ok. She said one egg with egg yolk, + one egg white only is even better. 2 glasses of low fact milk a day too.
I almost eat 1 steamed egg a day (with egg yolk). I don't eat fried egg because I don't want to absorb too much oil. So far I don't look fat at all. At week 26, Dr Tay said my baby weighs like 28 weeks. We will keep a close eye on her weight gain...
