我係孖胎,要提早開刀,原本BOOK咗17號,但醫生怕會自己穿水,叫我早D開刀,所以BOOK咗10號36週5日開刀,今日係最後一次產檢,大B有5.2磅,細B有4.8磅,醫生話OK.

我地係孖女來架,大孖叫彩妮,细孖叫倩妮.

我知唔可以食薑，仲有行氣活血嘅都唔可以食！補品要等到惡露完咗至食得！妳睇吓下面段extract，我揾唔番條link：

開刀生產的媽咪須額外注意：—
1.
最好過二十朝後才開始進補，慢慢增加行血壯血食物的數量，例如：紅棗、薑、黨參、薑醋等。
2.
薑茸炒飯最好過二十朝後才開始進食
3.
大補期內既牛肉全以豬肉替代
4.
十二朝前可以清燉雞湯來補身，可以陳皮代替薑片；另不應飲用生魚湯，以免肉芽增生。

sure will let u know but I don't think I will be in the beginning of the month cos my due date is 20 May at the moment, will u join the package? Yes I will and this is the third time I'm in this hospital, it's very good and I believed that you will be appreciated.

true, I guess we will not be meeting since our due date is few weeks apart...
I am not too sure if I've join package or not because my doctor (not from canossa) arrange the booking for me and I am planning to stay in 3 ppl room. So will you join package?

My doctor also from Canossa but I've been used him for the last two. He's great, what's the name of your Dr?? For sure I will join the package and stay in the 3 ppl ward. Try to request the bed next of the window is better, if near by the toilet will be very annoyed. Just been visited the Dr today, my bb only 4 lb and too small so he said can't confirm the date for me till she's over 5lb. Not sure will I be the June mom????

My doctor is Luk Kwok Fai, and his clinic is in central. How about yours?
Yes, I try to request for the bed near window too, as I really concern I"ll be sleeping in the middle bed between 2 china mothers.........
Don't worry too much, I think your bb will reach 5lbs very soon. My bb was 4.15lbs at 32 wk 4 d and became 5.06lbs at 34 wk 4d. My doctor said as long as you drink more water and rest more, your bb will grow very fast. :loveliness:
