Could anyone comment about the district in Meadowbank nsw ? Whether is a good place for living?

I found some property that it seem good for me, but cost +>620K....i

若買樓就要繼續於香港返工，續不到也無辦法，孩子要住，自己只好做呀四！
但以前聽話買樓可以續VISAS, 所問下有無人知道怎辦！
MEADOWBANK 周圍無NORTH SIDYNE 咁多樹，但D廣告寫到很近火車站同有商場。SO 問下情況，，FLOOR PLAN 很實用！

Meadowbank shops 唔多。
有Aldi, IGA, fruit and veg shop, bread shop, chemist etc。
TAFE next to train station, 有 ferry。
如果買中國野會去 Eastwood 。

Meadowbank Park 好大，做運動一流！

我唔會考慮 Meadow Cres 同 Bank St。
因為太舊，條路太窄。
太多租客，啲人搬屋時垃圾放路邊，令環境更差！

what is the meaning of under offer or under contract in the adv?
under offer = transaction processing or
under contract = contract completed?

有D adv SAY CONTRACT AGENG NO PRICE LIST 咁貴D嗎？

OFFER ABOVE $XX, 通常預TOP UP 多少錢？

回覆：想請教Sydney 買樓手續

有冇人知買apartment前是否應該做strata search 先及份contract 要唔要找lawyer 睇。

一份strata search 都幾佰蚊,如果毎間有興趣的都在offer or auction前做,最後又未必買得成,個cost 都好高。

近幾星個期去open home, 真係好垮張,好似唔洗錢,幾十人一齊睇,現在買property 真是不易。

孩子讀high school 不是 abc，英文不好怕不到工作。
