Gut fish. Remove the gills, scales and slime. Wash.
Pour a little of oil into a pan. Put in ginger and fish. Fry over low heat until 80% done.
Pour 1 bottle of milk and the bottle of water into the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the second bottle of milk. Cook for 1 minute and turn off the heart.
The milk can be seasoned with salt.

下第 2 瓶鮮奶後,不可煮太長時間,否則會破壞鮮奶的營養。
