i bet it happens to all babies! don't blame yourself.
my maid taught me when my baby 1st dropped on the floor, DON'T let the baby sleep soon after he/she falls down (sometimes they sleep after crying). the reason is that u'll never know if he/she has his/her head hurted, thus he/she may not be sleeping but fainted. try to cheer the baby up & keep him/her awake at least the next 15 mins.
