From the responses here, there's certainly a need for people to read through the whole testimony (Most preferably and most original is the English version) before making comments.
Mr. Shieh, the ex chairman of HK Bar Association, has neither participated in Occupy Central, nor totally neglected the negative impact of those who failed to obey the court order.
