ｅｘ－ｍａｉｄ又是做過中東，令我嘔哂血！！！！！
ｃｏｏｋｉｎｇ，　ｗａｓｈｉｎｇ，　ｔａｋｅ　ｃａｒｅ＋　ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌ attitide全部不ok!做了五六個月,婆婆又反目不來;......吃煙....避孕.....化妝....扮傻扮不知道不用做.

我個工人yesterday到, 同大家一樣, 正在嘔血中, 佢做過singapore, but英文c到暈, 教佢佢又唔明我講mug,

一片混亂! 清潔都算唔理, cook noodles and 粥比小朋友同bb亂哂龍, bb 食咗一半嘔哂...哎..點算

好大壓力, 好stressful, 幾時先上手, wednesday要返工喇...

係印傭,話有highschool level.英文識睇key word.但講起上成句唔掂,唔知我講乜.指住同佢講叫佢洗我同細路d衫先,佢就走去住自己盆衫我面前講"呢d係唔係,yes mum"好嘔血呀! 好多時叫佢講返一次我同佢講野俾我聽,佢又話"yes mum" "係,我知道".最後佢只係望住我啞.
點算好呀.我仲等住佢湊兩個3 & 7 yrs,自己又無多餘大假留屋企慢慢教,而家呢個星期只係依靠一個親戚來屋企跟眼,我究竟換人好嗎????? 請賜教各位。

唉, 同你差不多啦! 我同自己講比三個月時間大家啦. 除非自己做返架者, 唔係換果一個咪一樣要搏! 邊個保証到下一個會更好喎!

我都有兩個細佬, 呢幾日都係我睇住佢地, 真係唔敢想我返左工佢點攪得掂. 好在我果兩個唔係bb, 如果唔係100% 唔放心呀!

我頭先打左比agent, 一口氣講完哂, 而家舒服好多啦! agent都話會同佢傾下&諗辦法幫下佢.

海外菲傭,未到過海外打工,但我聽佢d英文都ok.26歲已婚.我都係唔敢請本地的,怕佢精過龍/黑面,睇來睇去,不過我覺得唔理本地定隔山買牛都是撞彩架la。

你可以睇實佢, 點都會好好多. 我聽日就要返工, 而家唯有叫媽媽同奶奶來幫下手先, 唔係真係唔放心~!

哎呀, 你個係bb就重慘! bb 野要好小心先得架! 我d 仔女係bb時, 我都唔敢轉工人, 佢地未生過bb果d 好多野都唔識, 要慢慢教架!
唔知係咪我而家年紀大呢, 真係無耐性教工人!

之前聽agent講係中東做過果d 比較刻苦耐勞, 好在無中計jet!

間agent已經係會自己過菲選人架啦, 唔信佢地, 我地重有其他途徑認識工人咩? 唉, 隔山買牛呢個道理, 我而家深深體會了!

My new maid (38 yrs old/1st time in HK) arrived on 10/4. She told me she did not want to work TWICE already within the first 5 days.

Although frustrated with her performance (similar to what other BK moms mentioned here), I undertand it will take 1 or 2 months to get used to the new environment. Therefore I keep on reminding her and hope things will improve. I continue to take care of my 3 yrs old while she focuses on housework

Yesterday the maid told me AGAIN she wanted to quit. This time I said ok and she is willing to stay until another comes. I get very tired (mentally) that I have to go through the same thing all over again.

I know there is a high demand for maids nowadays, but I don't expect my maid just said "quit" so easily without really trying.

Sorry to know that. Is she home sick? Is there any specific reason she want to quit? They need to borrow a lot of money for coming to HK, why she quit so easily? My maid is similar age as yours, and she has financial burden as she need money for her children to univsersity. I don't think maid at their age is so easy to find job in HK.

BTW, any help from your agent?

Thanks for your concern.

She is not homesick (7 yrs in Singapore before with 2 employers). Reason for the first 2 resignations as I was told was that she thinks she cannot be a good maid. I didn't bother to ask when she told me yesterday she could not go on anymore.

In fact, I have been touching base with the agent since the maid's 1st resignation. One of the possible reason, of course the maid will not admit, is that she doesn't like people telling her the kind of things she did were not right. Although she said sorry each time, but she just kept making assumptions and did not ask when she wasn't sure or didn't know.

I asked more what she did in Singapore and learnt that her previous employer is an Indonesian who has married a Westerner.She has a baby but went out a lot (shopping/played majong), so my maid was pretty much on her own without much "comments" from the employer.

I know the "Big Agent" in Indonesia has the most to lose if the maid breaks the contract. Don't know what she is going to do with the loan repayment.

The agent has immediately sent me info of other oversea maids. I guess I need to write a letter to the Immigration to speed up the visa approval process.

你都真係唔好彩啦! 睇佢有7年sing exp, 好似好正, 點知原來.....! 唉, 可能佢已搵夠, 所以唔捱得. 請工人真係難, 無經驗就教死, 有經驗果d 又唔聽話又易黑面.

原來我工人有兩個手提! 真係估佢唔到, 第一次來就已經有兩個電話. 事緣昨晚我去左阿仔房訓, 半夜聽到d 嘟嘟聲, 我搵了一大輪, 原來佢有個mobile在仔房, 可能無電所以嘟嘟聲. 激到我成個鐘都訓唔返! 已經有一個跟身, 原來重多個唔知做咩. 最慶係訓覺前都唔關機, 如果響起來咪全家醒哂!

今朝炳佢, 佢就只係話點解會無電..... 一句sorry 都無! 再同佢講野都無咩反應, 我就快比佢氣死啦!
