Sorry, I can only type English at work. You should reduce one skin to skin feeding day by day and introduce formula to your baby. If he refuses to take it, you can try mixing it with breast milk first, says 50%. Once he gets used to it, give him 75% then 100% formula. Then, you can have 2 feedings of formula, then 3, 4 and finally all in formula. It may take longer time but it's better to wean him from breastmilk gradually if you cannot stand for him crying and it won't help him to go thru the transition easier. Warm up the breastmilk and make the formula (cool it down to room temperature), then mix it together. Or, you can want to try some other brands of formula. As I know that the formula in HK is usually more sweeter. Also, formula is usually thicker than breastmilk. You can put a little bit more water to make the formula milk and see if your baby would take it. There're a lot of work but at least it won't make it too hard for your baby.
Let someone else to feed your baby with bottle is also a way to help him realize that skin to skin is not available. But, I remember that you should be a stay-home-mom, right? Then, you can ask your husband to feed him at night time. At the beginning, it is very hard. You should be out of his sight when he's fed. Go to another room with the headphone on, try not to listen to him crying. Or, you can even go out for a walk which is good for pregnancy anyway. A lot of babies would rather go to sleep and refuse the bottle. It needs a lot of patience and care. My daughter is a typical breastfed baby, she does not like bottle. It took her so long to get used to be bottle-fed. Now, when I'm around, she will only want skin to skin.
You can wait a little bit to have your son get used to formula first before you totally stop bf. Then, you can make the tea, drink it and skin to skin your son. The milk should taste strong and he'd pull his mouth away. Then, you can talk to him saying that he then needs to drink from the bottle because mami's milk is not tasty any more.
