養和有4個grade (grade 2有再分 grade2-). 係呀,佢地好strict, nurse said the different between grand 2 & grade 2- is very small. and as Joe C said, they seldom gives grade 1...
I have some grade 3 and yes, they discarded. Actually I think even the hospitals have similar level of grading, the criterion could be different. Grade 3 in hospital A could be OK but not OK in another hospital.....
successful rate depends on many things. I have 6 grade 2 (in Sanatorium& hospital) embyro in my last ivf but all failed.....
But many famous doctors use Sanotorium hospital.
But as the consumer, of course you can choose the one the best for you ! we spent a lot of money on ivf and i believe we deserve better service !

Well, for me. I was very UNSATISFIED with 養和's ivf lab's nurse. They say bad things about other ivf lab in HK. I don't think it is professional and ethical to do so.
