thank you for all your reply. I'm a full time OL and I don't know cooking, I choose Bun Bun because easy communicate and I expected to buy her the cook books then she can cook us the delicious food (not every week the same), She has also told me that she's afraid cooking. I have told her to learn cooking is the first priorty. She's also very 怕羞, therefore she always not to ask even she doesn't know how to handle the things.
My friend said at least give them 6 months and after then they will improve in cooking, but it's out of my expected. Some simple english she doesn't understand and always absent mind. I didn't found the difference Bun Bun and 印印 at least at the moment. What do you think if your maid like belows:
1) I ask her to change the water for the flowers, she change every day eventhough the vase no flowers.
2) My friend called me but I'm not at home, she doesn't know how to reply my friend then pass the phone to my son.
3) In the first 3 months she came back at 8:00 on Sunday, but now she come back at 8:30 (I can accept but I think she's try to test my bottom line.
I came back home at 7:00 every day and after dinner I need to teach my sons for the homework, I really feel tired to train her to be a smart maid it's base on her own ability & intelligent.
